Welcome to ZestFi’s Terms of Service agreement. ZestFi is a software product company that provides services accessible at zestfi.io (the “Site”). The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ZestFi, and “you” refers to you, as a user of our Site and services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

About the Service

ZestFi offers a service that allows users to keep track of multiple investment accounts and generate reports for their investment portfolios.

Registration; Rules for User Conduct and Use of the Service

  1. You must be at least 13 years old and a resident of the United States to register for and use the Service.
  2. When you sign up for the Service, you will create a personalized account with a unique username and password. You are responsible for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ZestFi is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized account access.

Use Restrictions

Your use of the Site and Service is subject to the following restrictions:

  • You may only access the Service for personal, non-commercial use as permitted by its normal functionality.
  • You are prohibited from collecting or harvesting any personal data of users.
  • Commercial use of the Site or Service for business solicitation is not allowed.

    • Retain ownership rights in their User Content but grant specific usage rights to ZestFi and other users as detailed in the “License Grant” section below.
    • Not submit copyrighted or proprietary content without the necessary rights or permissions.

Online Content Disclaimer

  • Opinions, advice, statements, or other content on the Service that originate from authors other than ZestFi do not necessarily reflect our views.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of third-party content.
  • We are not responsible for User Content posted by users or third parties.
  • ZestFi reserves the right to monitor and/or record user interactions with the Service.

License Grant

  • By posting User Content on the Service, you grant ZestFi a broad license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content as specified in this section.

  • Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
